A Devil In Heaven Page 2
"YOU FUCKING LATINO!!!!! YOU HAD TO OPEN YOUR FUCKING MOUTH!" Sean
bellowed and hit Miguel's face, making him go unconscious.

He lifted Miguel over the water again.
"It's payback time you fucking bitch!" Sean growled and lifted him
out of the tub.
He carried him to the bed and tied him down.

Slowly Miguel came to.
Sean sat on a chair next to the bed, his face was completely
different than just 2 hours ago.
"You thought I wouldn't find you?" He said calm.
"Who the hell do you think killed your fucking boyfriends ass?"

Miguel felt tears in his eyes,
"Bastard, hijo de puta." He spat at him.
Sean was quick and hit him.
"Behave or I will finish off your ass as well."
"You were the one who killed Darren?" Saying his name stung his heart.
"Don't fucking say his name. He fucking stole you from me." Sean
bellowed and raised his hand.

Miguel closed his eyes, preparing himself for another punch.
"No... no Miguel... this time we are going to solve our differences
like civilized people with no one running away with their tale
between their legs."
Miguel glared at him.
"You weren't able to keep me the last time, what makes you think you
can this time?"

"With a little help from his friends we should succeed." Rath stepped
forward from the door.
"Hello Bain."
Miguel flinched as Rath pulled out a gun and aimed it at his leg.
"I ought to put a bullet in your knee, that way you could never ever
run away." He sneered and stepped behind Sean. He looked up at Rath
who leaned down and kissed him.

"You're a fucking poodle." Miguel spat at them, and Sean looked at him.
"And you're pathetic." he laughed as Rath pulled Sean into another
room where he closed the door.

It didn't take long before noises came from behind the door.
Miguel laid flat on his back as he felt tears urging to get out.
"Darren..." He whispered and remembered long ago...

"Miggs!" Darren yelled as he saw Miguel step out of the bus.
His face was blue and yellow with bruises and his lower lip had been
split.

Miguel ran to Darren and dropped his bags.
They met in the most tender kiss.
"I'm really here aren't I." Miguel cried, only 17.
"Yes you are."

Darren and Miguel lived together for almost 2 years before Sean found
them.
He shot Darren without any mercy and without regret.

That's when Miguel became an assassin.
He had no more emotions left in his body.

He came back, tears running down his cheek as Rath stepped out from
the bedroom, completely naked and aimed a gun at him.
"Stop your whining." Then he shot... twice.

One hit Miguel in his thigh the other is the shoulder.
"Bastard!" Rath said and spat at Miguel before going back to Sean.
Miguel lay there, his blood oozing from the wounds.
He felt life being taken from him, his eyelids became heavy and
then... the angel released him from his ties, lifting him up again,
carrying him away from the anguish and away from death.

Miguel looked back one last time and flinched as an explosion tore
the small shed to pieces.
Then he passed out.
Chapter 4:

Miguel woke up in a car.
He was on the back-seat, wrapped in a blanket.
When he tried to look at the person he couldn't.
Somehow the glass between them kept him from seeing the driver.
That's when he saw that he was in a limousine.

"It's funny how I have to keep saving your ass." Miguel jumped when
he heard an old voice next to him.
"I led you to him because I thought you'd recognize him. You had a
chance to avenge him." He continued, his face hidden in the shadow.

Miguel tried to sit but the man kept him down.
"You're still wounded, don't move too much."
Miguel looked at his hand and saw the scar covering the back of his
hand.
"Who are you?" Miguel asked and relaxed on his back again.
"Just someone... someone who's saved your life... twice now."
"You were the one who saved me the first time as well."
"Uh huh." he answered and chuckled. "But it seems I should've kept
you with me."

Miguel chuckled. "Shut up, man why didn't I recognize him." He said
and hid his face in his hand. "Ok, but as soon as I can walk I'm
outta here."

"As you wish... but that will be entirely up to you. Who knows, you
may not want to leave."
Miguel accidentally looked out the window and saw a great mansion up
ahead.

"Where the hell am I?" He sneered.
The man in the corned leaned forward and revealed his scarred face.
"You're home Mr. Bain."
Bain looked at him frightened. "YOU BROUGHT ME HOME? Son of a....
David?"
The old man nodded. "Yes sir, I'm happy you are finally able to
recognize me."

"The fire... I thought it ate everything and everyone. How were you
able to survive?"
"It was hard sir... it took a lot of time. But it took longer to
rebuild your family's home. All we needed was to find you and bring
you home."
Miguel looked at David. "Shit, the fire did that?"
David chuckled... "No sir... you did at the age of three."

Miguel laughed and then finally relaxed.
He was home.

Chapter 5:

Miguel woke up the next day by someone attending his wounds.
A nurse smiled at him as she patched him up.
An old woman appeared from behind her and smiled when she saw his
open eyes.
"Maria?" Miguel said and tears began rolling down his cheeks.

She ran to his bedside and embraced him.
"Maria!" He sobbed and remembered the night of the fire.
"I'm sorry."
"I know..."
"I never should've..."
"It's okay..."
"Why did it happen..."
"It's in the past."
"Why did it have to happen." Miguel cried and hid his face in her arms.

She hushed him and rocked him gently to sleep.
He slept for 2 days.
David popped in his head and saw Miguel hugging a pillow tightly.
"Are you still asleep, sir?" He whispered.
"No, trying to get up, I'm starving." Miguel laughed.

Then he smelled it.
Eggs, bacon, tomatoes, bread, coffee and sausage.
His stomach growled as he sat up.
They brought in plate after plate and he ate and ate.
Maria sat in the corner and cried silently from the fact how much he
looked like his father.

A few days after Miguel was allowed to get out, in a wheelchair of
course.
Maria pushed him as she showed him and introduced him to everyone.
Everyone smiled at him, welcoming him back home.

"You really have to see the most beautiful stallion. Remember young
sire how you loved to ride on horseback?"
Miguel just nodded, unable to speak from the memories rushing in over
him.

As they founded the corner the stables appeared.
"Taylor should be grooming him now." Maria said and stood waiting.

True enough.
Out of the door a beautiful black stallion appeared.
Miguel mimed a wow before wheeling closer.
He stopped when he saw the man getting the saddle, getting ready to
go for a ride.

He was... amazing.
His black jeans hugged his ass.
The black short hair revealed a beautiful neck and it looked like he
hadn't shaved for a few days.
He looked incredibly muscular but not too much.

"That... that's Taylor?" Miguel stuttered and forgot he had wheeled
closer and no longer had Maria behind him.
Taylor saw him and smiled a wide smile.
"Miguel!" He yelled and revealed a dark warm voice.

He left the horse and walked over to Miguel.
Cocking his head to one side he crossed his arm over his chest.
"You don't remember me one bit do ya?"
Miguel shook his head.

"It's me... TJ, don't you remember me? What if I say horserace and
broken leg?"
Miguel's mouth gaped open.
"Dios mio, TJ, old friend!" He reached out his hand and Taylor took
it shaking it strong.

They laughed and talked together for almost an hour until suddenly a
soft head placed itself on Taylor's shoulder and puffed him in the ear.
"Miguel, this is Sinai, Sinai meet Miguel." Taylor chuckled.
Sinai walked closer to Miguel and gently puffed to his chin.
Miguel's laughter spread to the entire yard making everyone smile.
"He's wonderful." He laughed and gave him some grass.
"Wanna come for a ride with me?" Taylor asked and leaned against
Sinai, "he's strong enough to carry the both of us."

Miguel looked down at his wounded leg.
"I don't think so amigo." He said and looked real sad.
Taylor laughed and turned around to face Sinai.
He took off his saddle and walked into the stable.
When he returned he had a larger saddle with him.
Sinai nodded when he put it on his back.

"Now, you're coming with us." Taylors laughter boomed as he leaned
down and picked Miguel up in his arms.
Miguel was completely taken in by Taylor's strength.
"You look good." He said and smiled.

Taylor smiled and brushed a stray hair from Miguel's face away.
"You too." He said and threw him up on the saddle.
Both his legs was on one side, making sure he didn't fall off or get
hurt.
In two seconds Taylor was behind him with an arm around his waist.
"Are you comfortable?" Taylor asked and took a stronger hold around
Miguel.
He nodded but shifted slightly, the bulge in his pants growing from
being so close to Taylor.

"You can lean back if you want to." Taylor said as they slowly rode
out of the yard.
Miguel leaned back against his chest.
Sinai jumped up on a small log and Miguel jumped but grabbed a hold
of Taylor's thigh.
"You alright?" Taylor asked and stopped Sinai.

"Uh huh." Was his only answer as he adjusted himself on the saddle
again.
They rode very slowly at first, allowing Miguel to become acquainted
with horseback riding again.

They rode around for almost an hour until Miguel couldn't take it
anymore in his body.
He still felt pretty bad from what happened to him plus all the
things he'd seen and heard since he got back was making him tired.

Taylor noticed and pulled him closer as Miguel slowly fell asleep
against him.
The rocking from the horse dazed him along with the fact that he felt
so close to someone he's trusted all his life.
